Bio

Sarah Unruh is an actor drawn to roles where resilience lives beneath restraint, portraying characters navigating pressure, survival, and moral complexity with quiet intensity. Her work naturally aligns with prestige drama, grounded thrillers, Westerns, elevated fantasy, and character-driven dramedy rooted in sharp realism.

A former athlete, Sarah trains in stage combat and weapons handling and has equestrian experience, bringing grounded physical authenticity to roles that demand it. She has studied with Lesly Kahn, Ivana Chubbuck Studio, and Bob Krakower. Outside of acting, Sarah is also an independent music artist currently releasing her first single, “Alone.”
